Hi, I’m Dr. Nikki Halbur, nice to meet you!
I’m a certified coach, consultant, and educator with a doctorate in Leadership & Learning from Vanderbilt University. I also hold a Master of Public Administration with an emphasis in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Southern California (USC) and a Business Administration Degree from Chapman University.
My work blends evidence-based leadership practices with practical tools that help organizations build healthy culture, increase clarity, and support their people.
I’ve spent the last decade helping nonprofit leaders, educators, and entrepreneurs create meaningful change—whether that’s through strategic retreats, team training, or 1:1 coaching. My approach is direct but compassionate, rooted in curiosity, and always focused on values, purpose, and possibility.
I believe in honest conversations, human-centered systems, and the power of reworking what no longer serves. Let’s build something better, together.
